    Use ankle weights aswell while training it will strenghten your legs more :) And whats with the comment of the fridge? lol, if thats the case you will be riding round with a bergen on your back not a rucksack lol ;)
    Well anyway wish you luck for the ride, dont injure yourself too much beforehand.
